Shipping Policy

Once you have placed an order, please allow 1-3 working days for your order to be fulfilled and dispatched. Once your order has been sent off, you will receive an email form us informing you it has been shipped.

We process orders between Monday and Friday. Deliveries are not made on weekends. In situations where products are in high demand, processing time may take longer than 3 days.

The delivery time can take up to 7-12 working days

Please verify that all shipping information (address) is correct. If the information is incorrect or missing, we will be forced to contact you. This may cause a delay in your order. Delays may also be caused by customs. Once your order has been shipped, we will not be responsible for any extra custom fees or charges which you may be charged. We thank you very much for your understanding.

In any rare cases where your item is lost or delayed after dispatch, we will not be held responsible and all disputes should be taken up with the shipping company.
